Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracking details are emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

Australia

• Standard: 3–6 business days — free over $150 AUD or $9.95 AUD under $150
• Express: 1–3 business days — $14.95 AUD

New Zealand

• Standard: 5–10 business days — $19.95 AUD
• Express: 2–5 business days — $29.95 AUD

International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, payable by the recipient.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email support@selwoodsnv.com.au with photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Delivery Details
Please check your address carefully at checkout, as orders cannot be redirected after dispatch. We deliver to residential and business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers across Australia.

Change of Mind
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and have the tamper-evident seal fully intact. Opened, unsealed, or tampered products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Email support@selwoodsnv.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, packaging, and item. Once verified, we will provide a replacement via Express Post or a full refund at no extra cost.

How to Return
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
