Processing & Dispatch Times

Dispatch Times: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business

Tracking: You will receive an automated Shopify shipping confirmation email containing your generated tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Australian Shipping Rates & Timeframes

We ship nationwide using premium domestic couriers to ensure fast, reliable transit.

Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days. FREE for all orders over $150 AUD, or a flat rate of $9.95 AUD for orders under $150 AUD.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days. Flat rate of $14.95 AUD for all orders.

New Zealand & Trans-Tasman Shipping

To support our trans-Tasman network, we offer streamlined shipping across the ditch.

Standard NZ Shipping: 5-10 business days. Flat rate of $19.95 AUD.

Express NZ Shipping: 2-5 business days. Flat rate of $29.95 AUD.

Please note: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Secure Packaging for Glass Liquids

Transit Protection: Our Botanical Elixirs are packed using specialized, shock-absorbent protective wrap to prevent breakage.

Damaged Items: In the rare event that your product is damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damaged packaging and item, and contact our team immediately at  support@selwoodsnv.com.au. We will dispatch a replacement free of charge.

Delivery Issues & Address Changes

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched from our facility.

PO Boxes: Thanks to our multi-carrier routing, we deliver to all residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers across Australia.
